Why an intensive

What the weekend does.

Momentum, fast

Compress what would take months of weekly sessions into one deliberate weekend.

Depth without distraction

Full days in a small group let you go further than a single weekly hour ever allows.

A breakthrough when stuck

Built to move people whose progress has stalled, not only those just starting out.

A plan to carry forward

You leave with concrete next steps so the breakthrough keeps going at home.

Is this you?

When an intensive is the right tool.

Sometimes weekly sessions are not the shape recovery needs to take.

Months of weekly sessions feel too slow for where you are right now.

Your progress has stalled, and you need to break through rather than coast.

Distance, time, or scheduling makes ongoing weekly therapy hard to sustain.

We will help you choose the right intensive on a free consultation.
